Notes
- The gnomes of Toshley's Station and Fizzcrank Fullthrottle of Fizzcrank Airstrip all carry rifles that use the Core Marksman Rifle model. Whether or not they are using these weapons is debatable as it is a very low level weapon for them to use, however it is made using engineering skill.
