This quest was part of the Scourge Invasion which was a world event in Patch 3.0.2 that heralded the release of Wrath of the Lich King. Once the event has run its course the quest will no longer be available.

This is a set of quests, each started by an item dropped from Scourge mobs during the invasion event.

Each quest is turned in to the Keeper of the Rolls, at Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. Some time after turning in each quest the character will receive a piece of mail from the keeper, with a [Sealed Research Report].

The research report indicates one or two NPCs in the world who are descendants of either the sender or the recipient. The effect is that the NPCs will now offer [Freshly-Squeezed Lemonade] and [Friendship Bread].
