This item is a reward from  [52] Testing for Corruption - Felwood, a repeatable quest to use Chemist Fuely's Testing Equipment on a  [Felwood Slime Sample].

Notes

Each Corrupt Tested Sample has about a 30% chance to contain a Corrupted Felwood Sample, for the quest  [52] A Sample of Slime.... Other possible contents are herbs, food, potions, or typical poor-quality drops from oozes.
