Corrupted Soul Fragments can be found in the Forge of Souls of Icecrown Citadel. They are summoned by Bronjahm using his Corrupt Soul ability on a player. After four seconds, the soul fragment spawns and starts moving toward Bronjahm. It must be killed before it reaches Bronjahm or he is healed for a large amount.
