This item is crafted by engineers with a skill level of 325. Components needed are:

• 1 Adamantite Frame
• 2 Fel Iron Casings
• 1 Gold Power Core
• 2 Handfuls of Fel Iron Bolts

[Schematic: Crashin' Thrashin' Robot] is a world drop from high level mobs and instances.

Notes

As of Patch 2.3, this item is now Bind on Use.

While with the advent of Achievements, most pet item powers changed to "teaches you how to summon this pet", the Crashin' Thrashin' Robot remains an item due to its cooldown, and thus does not count towards the pet Achievements.

Any class with a pet/minion that is about to lose that pet or minion from death or other things can use this robot that replaces the pet with it and saves the pet's life. It is good for emergencies, and with a combination from feign death (hunter) this makes it so neither the hunter or pet dies.

A clear reference to the toy "Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots".
