Crazed Cultists can be found within the Old Barracks^{[39, 58]}

of Stormwind during the below quest. They have captured the SI:7 agent, Jack Bauden, that was sent to infiltrate their ranks and now interrogate him. Players are sent to deal with this threat and rescue Jack. The cultists belong to the Twilight's Hammer clan and serve under the Black Bishop, who wants to blow up the city.
