This item is a quest reward from  [22D] Leaders of the Fang which starts with Nara Wildmane in Thunder Bluff. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Nara Wildmane:

• 1x  [Gem of Cobrahn]
• 1x  [Gem of Anacondra]
• 1x  [Gem of Pythas]
• 1x  [Gem of Serpentis]

The Quest is part of a chain which starts with the quest  [16] Hamuul Runetotem.
