• Decrease movement speed by 60%
• Reduce melee and ranged attack speeds by 30%
• Lasts 20 seconds

Use

• 210 mana
• Instant cast
• Cooldown time 30 seconds

Tips

• The movement speed reduction does not affect targets which are immune to movement slowing effects.
