The Crossbow of Imminent Doom is an excellent weapon for hunters who don't have the ability to raid higher level instances. The damage output from this crossbow is arguably better than that of Rhok'delar but isn't really that much of an upgrade. Due to the crossbow's higher minimum damage and marginally lower maximum damage, it is a somewhat more reliable, hard-hitting weapon for hefty burst damage.

The additional hit rating and interesting combination of attributes make this a wonderful weapon for a dual-wielding warrior as well as a rogue.
