Crown Goblins are one of three species of goblins. They are the remaining goblins that use the model from pre-cataclysm. They own the Crown Cartel and have been speculated to have pleged service to the alliance as many of them are flagged as Stormwind (faction), opposing their Kezanite Goblin relatives. Kwee Q. Peddlefeet is also speculated to lead the cartel, as he seems to be the most important of them. Many of them are found at the Bilgewater Lumber Yard on Lost Isles. There are very few of them left in the game.
