Crystalline Tear of Loyalty is a Poor quality item that drops from various rare tameable beasts introduced with Catacylsm. It drops from Sambas, Terrorpene, Karoma, Madexx, and Ghostcrawler. The flavor text strongly suggests that these beasts are meant to be loyal companions for Hunter players; however this item can be sold to a vendor for 25.
