Curse of Tongues, or CoT for short, is a Warlock Curse that causes the target increased spellcasting time. Only one Curse per Warlock can be active on any one target.
It is used primarily against casters to limit their spellcasting ability. Fun thing, causes the cursed to speak Demonic in chat, making anything they say completey jibberish.

- Duration: 30 seconds

Notes
Trivia: This actually causes the player or mob inflicted with Curse of Tongues to speak Demonic. A CM on Blizzard's offical forums joked on how coders spent time coding this curse to do just that.
