Cursed Scarab can be found in Hellfire Peninsula [60.6, 81.7]. They will only appear if [Bleeding Hollow Blood] is placed in the Cursed Cauldron.
Some will turn hostile, most stay neutral, and all of them will despawn after about 20 seconds.
