Scott Mercer.
Scott Mercer[1] (alias Daelo) was the Lead Encounter Designer for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. He has worked at Blizzard Entertainment since 1997, first as a Level Designer for StarCraft and Warcraft III, followed by his later work on dungeon and raid encounters in World of Warcraft, eventually becoming the Lead Encounter Designer for the second expansion, Wrath of the Lich King.[2]
