Dahlia Suntouch was the keeper of the Ruby Dragonshrine until she fell at the feet of the death knight Orbaz Bloodbane. When killed, Remnant of Dahlia Suntouch spawns and tells her story. She also drops [Ruby Brooch] which starts The Fate of the Ruby Dragonshrine.
