Changes: Dalaran banks

Dalaran has three banks. The Bank of Dalaran ^[53, 16] VZ-Dalaran is located in the north between the Antonidas Memorial and Sunreaver's Sanctuary, and the Dalaran Merchant Bank ^[43, 78] is located to the south of the Eventide and east of the Silver Enclave.

A third bank can be found at Cantrips & Crows in the Underbelly.
