Dammia Frostcut

Dammia Frostcut, a female magnataur runemaster, is a solitary individual who moves from one cave to another in the Dragonblight and, occasionally, other places in Northrend. Other magnataur seek her out for advice, assistance or temporary alliance. She has a voracious appetite, even for a magnataur, and places no limits on the sorts of things she ingests.^[1]

Dammia Frostcut was going to be in WoW based on the quest text of  [74G3] Wanton Warlord, but seems to have been replaced with the runemaster Dregmar Runebrand at some point.
