The Dark Approach is location of the entrance portal of Pit of Saron. Scourgelord Tyrannus stands watch hovering above two Deathwhisper Necrolytes on the lookout for intruders. As the party steps forward to attack, the faction guide enters and sends a host of Coliseum Champions charging to Tyrannus. Tyrannus easily dispatches the champions and turns them against the guide as a large group of mindless skeletons. Tyrannus then leaves the area and flies over the rest of the lower instance to keep track of the party's progress.
