Hex Lord Malacrass is a boss of the level 85 version of Zul'Aman. He is the fifth boss of the instance and is located inside the temple on the east end.

Strategy

Hex Lord Malacrass spawns with two random adds. Your party will need to kill any adds it cannot reliably crowd-control for the duration of the encounter.

Malacrass will periodically cast a low-damage room-wide AoE effect, followed by Siphon Soul on one of the party members, granting him some of the abilities of that party member's class. It is important to avoid the damage caused by siphoned AoE abilities, as well as interrupt any siphoned healing abilities.
