The Dark Iron Helm is crafted by Blacksmiths with a skill level of 300 who also have the Armorsmith specialty. This item can only be crafted at the Black Anvil.

Notes
This is one of the best items for tanking fire bosses such as Ragnaros due to the high armor and especially the 35 Fire Resistance. You can also add 20 more Fire Resistance with a 
[Libram of Resilience].
