Effects Edit

Works similar to a laser pointer. The effect is dismissed if the user performs any action other than to turn left or right (without moving). The effect is also dismissed if the target moves beyond approximately 100yds. The beam lasts for 30 seconds and does not cause a debuff or flag you PVP if you target the opposite faction.
