Dark Keeper Bethek can be found in Blackrock Depths . He is one of six possible Keepers which spawn after a party member looks at the portrait in the Black Vault anteroom. He drops the Dark Keeper Key which is needed to open the Dark Coffer in the Black Vault. Once you examine the picture Bethek will patrol with his adds into the Coffer Room.
