Dark Keeper Uggel can be found in Blackrock Depths . He is one of six possible Keepers which spawn after a party member looks at the portrait in the Black Vault anteroom. He drops the Dark Keeper Key which is needed to open the Dark Coffer in the Black Vault. Uggel will be inside a room to the right of the Coffer room, which looks like a cave with various dwarves and golems.

AbilitiesEdit

• Shadow Bolt - Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting 192 to 258 Shadow damage.
• Curse of Agony - Curses an enemy with agony, inflicting 34 Shadow damage every 3 sec. over 30 sec.
