Darkcrest Sorceresses can be found in Zangarmarsh.

They give 5 reputation points per kill towards Cenarion Expedition until friendly. It is a straightforward fight except when chunks of ice start to be summoned around you. Jump out of the circle they make or you will be helplessly frozen for a bit.
