Darkfallen Lieutenant can be found in the Crimson Hall of Icecrown Citadel. They are normally found spread out among the trash in the halls.

Rend Flesh - Instant attack that causes a stacking DoT to be applied for 30 seconds. DoT can stack 3 times, getting over 10k damage per 2 seconds.
Vampiric Curse - Curse normally put on tank. All heals done to the target will put a stacking DoT on the target, stacking 5 time and getting over 10k damage. Combined with Rend Flesh, this can cause a lot of dot damage, making it very important to decurse this effect.
