Notes Edit

• There is an internal cooldown that prevents this trinket from proccing more than once every 45 seconds.
• The proc chance is 35%.
• Before patch 3.0.8 this trinket gave haste rating instead of critical strike rating.
• Upgraded by patch 3.1 to do more damage, prior to this it did 744 to 956. Internal cooldown may also have been reduced from 45s to 30s.
