The Darkmoon Treasure Chest spawns every three hours, starting at midnight during Darkmoon Faire on Darkmoon Island at the Deathmatch Pavilion.^{[44.6, 78.6]}

To get the chest you just have to go into the pavilion and open it, but as soon as you enter, you will be PvP flagged.

Notes

• When no chest is spawned, you can still enter the Deathmatch Pavilion for free-for-all PvP, similar to Gurubashi Arena or the Dire Maul Arena of old.
• [Pit Fighter] starts the quest  [85] Master Pit Fighter where 12x can be turned in to for [Master Pit Fighter] to Korgol Crushskull <The Pit Master> on Darkmoon Island.
