Darkmoon Wolves can be found within the interior regions of Darkmoon Island, most notably west of the Darkmoon Faire. Though they drop no loot, they do award  [Grisly Trophies], needed for the Test Your Strength quest.

Like the Darkmoon Tide Crawler, they do not appear to be tamable.
