This is obtained from [Kronk's Grab Bag], a quest reward from 
[70] Banish More Demons. You also have a chance to get a [Darkrune].
Patches and Hotfixes
Patch 2.2.0 (2007-09-25): This was added to the game as a replacement for [Apexis Shard], [Charged Crystal Focus] and [Depleted Crystal Focus] from [Kronk's Grab Bag].
Notes
