Darkspeaker R'khem is a level 80 elite faceless one quest giver inside the Saronite Mines in Icecrown.

Having been chained by the vrykul, he offers the quest  [80] Mind Tricks. After completing the quest, he will disappear, making noises that translates as laughter in the player's mind...

Inspiration

This NPC's name reads as "Ar-khem", referencing the Arkham of H.P. Lovecraft's stories, which seems appropriate as many slaves in the Saronite Mines are driven mad and the faceless ones bear resemblance to many of the creatures in Lovecraft's stories. It might also reference the Arkham Asylum of Batman fame, where mental patients were incarcerated, however the Arkham Asylum in Batman was in turn named after that of Lovecraft.
