Tactical Mastery is a Tier 2 talent in the Warrior's Arms tree.
Notes
Warriors learn [Stance Mastery] at level 58 which allows them to carry up to 25 Rage through a change of Stance. Tactical Mastery adds an additional 25/50 for up to 75 Rage carried over between Stance changes. This is enough to switch from Battle Stance to Berserker Stance for using [Pummel], interrupting the target, making it very powerful in PvP, since there's less penalty in stance dancing.

- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Greatly increases rage kept, no longer increases threat.
- Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): This talent also now grants greatly-increased threat from [Mortal Strike] and [Bloodthirst] when in [Defensive Stance].
