Daughters of the Moon is Chapter 2 of the Night Elf campaign, Eternity's End. It begins with Tyrande Whisperwind and a two night elf archers atempting to escape from the Burning Legion. They are caught by Archimonde and Tichondrius who kill the Night Elves who escaped. Archimonde begins to threaten Tyrande.

Tyrande manages to escape by Shadowmeld. She finds out that the Doomguards are corrupting the forests by order of Archimonde. Tyrande reaches a group of night elf Sentinels who aid her in attacking some undead. She destroys the Burning Legion base and make it to the night elf town where Shandris Feathermoon was defending the town. Tyrande decides they have to wake Furion Stormrage to help battle the Legion.

Trivia

• The player can unlock the Hydralisk from Starcraft in this level by using the ballistae on a group of trees.
