Deactivated War Constructs are golems of the earthen found within Needlerock Slag^{[22.7, 52.2]}

in Deepholm. The earthen fear the Needlerock Mystics may use their magic to turn their creations against them, and so send players in to reactivate them and send them against the stone troggs.
