Dead-Tooth Jack is level 11 human member of the Defias Brotherhood. He resides in the southeast of Elwynn Forest, near the Ridgepoint Tower. (map coordinates: 89,78)

Background
At one point, he disguised himself as Marshal Dughan by wearing a Stormwind tabard and tricked Marshal Haggard into giving him his old Stormwind Marshal's badge. He reportedly laughed as he took off with the badge. He carries the key to the chest that contains the badge, and sometimes has henchmen that guard him.
Haggard's badge is commissioned to be returned as part of an Alliance warrior quest. Haggard will exchange the badge for one of his weapons upon completion of the quest.
