Dead-Tooth Jack was level 11 human member of the Defias Brotherhood. He resided in the southeast of Elwynn Forest, near the Ridgepoint Tower. ^{[89, 78]}

Background

At one point, he disguised himself as Marshal Dughan by wearing a Stormwind tabard and tricked Marshal Haggard into giving him his old Stormwind Marshal's badge. He reportedly laughed as he took off with the badge. He carried the key to the chest that contained the badge, and sometimes had henchmen that guard him.

Haggard's badge was commissioned to be returned as part of an Alliance warrior quest. Haggard would exchange the badge for one of his weapons upon completion of the quest.
