Dead Troopers can be found scattered throughout the Ruins of Ammon^{[31.9, 63.3]}

in southern Uldum. They are what is left of Commander Schnottz's looting party sent in to retrieve artifacts and plunder the buildings. They were likely killed by the awakened spirits that now guard the Ruins.
