Deathdealer's Boots is an item that is gained when you reach Neutral reputation with the Brood of Nozdormu, and giving the Kandrostrasz items (as seen below). It's for rogues only and are part of the Deathdealer's Embrace set

Deathdealer's Boots are a quest reward from the Brood of Nozdormu quest Deathdealer's Boots which starts with Kandrostrasz in Ahn'Qiraj. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Kandrostrasz:

• 1 Qiraji Bindings of Command
• 2 Idol of Strife
• 5 Crystal Scarab
• 5 Bone Scarab

You must also have Neutral reputation with Brood of Nozdormu.
