The Deathdealer's Leggings are a quest reward from the Brood of Nozdormu quest Deathdealer's Leggings which starts with Kandrostrasz in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Kandrostrasz:

• 1 Ouro's Intact Hide
• 2 Idol of Night
• 5 Stone Scarab
• 5 Crystal Scarab

You must also have Friendly reputation with Brood of Nozdormu.
