The Deathdealer's Vest is a quest reward from the Brood of Nozdormu quest Deathdealer's Vest which starts with Vethsera in the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Vethsera:

• 1 Carapace of the Old God
• 2 Idol of Strife
• 5 Bronze Scarab
• 5 Ivory Scarab

You must also be Honored with Brood of Nozdormu.
