Deathguard Tor is a level 5 quest giver located by the zeppelin tower in the Forsaken starting zone of Tirisfal Glades. He is only available during the Love is in the Air seasonal event. He wears a Purple Dinner Suit.

He starts the quest  [60] Dearest Elenia, (Love is in the Air).
