The Deathly Usher will teleport anyone on the relevant quest (You Are Rakh'likh, Demon) up to the top of the Rise of the Defiler, where they will square off against Razelikh himself.
Even though it's a ghost, it wasn't marked as a humanoid until patch 2.2.0.
