Deathspeaker Kharos is apparently the leader of the new Cult of the Damned camp overlooking the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown. In the <Crusader>-level daily quest Deathspeaker Kharos, players are tasked to kill Kharos before he, and the cultists he controls, can launch a full-out attack on the Argent Tournament.
