Deep Fiends are part of the forces the naga summon while fighting the kvaldir upon Quel'Dormir Terrace. This is during the Naz'jar Battlemaiden vision quest Final Judgement. They arrive with their Deep Subjugator allies and Ozumat, making short work of Hagrim Hopebreaker and his troops.
