	Defeat  Cyanigosa in The Violet Hold without using Defense Control Crystals and with Prison Seal Integrity at 100% while in Heroic Difficulty.

Defenseless is a Lich King heroic achievement needed for the Glory of the Hero achievement, rewarding the Reins of the Red Proto-Drake.

Strategy

The only two issues with performing this achievement is the DPS caliber and the mob control. If you have a paladin tank in your group, this is very easy to accomplish with consecrate holding aggro on any incoming adds.
