Defias Blood Wizards are spell casters loyal to the Defias Brotherhood and can be found in the tunnels^{[10.6, 62.6]}

leading from the Foundry to Ironclad Cove in the Deadmines. They have the ability to create a Ragezone around them which not only increases the damage taken for those in the zone, but also increases the damage dealt.
