Defias Shadowguards are rogues loyal to the Defias Brotherhood and can be found in the tunnels^{[20, 54.6]}

of the Deadmines between the Foundry and Ironclad Cove. They are always camouflaged when approached and have the annoying habit of [Shadowstepping].
