Defiled Earth Ragers are a type of earth elemental that can be found patrolling the tunnel^{[60.8, 70]}

within the Scar of the Worldbreaker in Blackrock Caverns. They patrol in pairs, with one pair walking the section just past the Twilight Forge, and the other guarding the section just before Ascendant Lord Obsidius's section.

Their meteor ability deals a large amount of damage, split among anyone standing in its radius. Due to this, it is advised that players bunch up on these mobs to share damage to reduce the load of the healer.
