The Defiler's Talisman is a Horde faction rare quality PvP reward trinket that can be obtained through Arathi Basin. It is available at various levels, and absorbs a certain amount of physical damage. Along with the [Insignia of the Horde] and the [Rune of Duty] / [Rune of Perfection], it is one of the few trinkets available to low level Horde players.

Rutherford Twing outside the Arathi Basin battleground entrance.
