Each of the Defiler's Lizardhide Boots are available for purchase from Rutherford Twing <Defilers Supply Officer> outside the Arathi Basin battleground entrance in Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands. Depending on the belt's level it costs 300 / 300 / 400 / 3000 Honor points.
