Demonic Frenzy is a passive self buff for your Felguard.
This ability does not proc if the target does not take damage. For example: if the target blocks , dodges , parries , is bubbled , etc., the Felguard will not gain another stack of Demonic Frenzy. It is learned automatically with Level 56.
