Demonic Power is a talent in the Destruction tree, you will need to spend 12 points in Destruction to max it.

Notes
May come handy as a Filler, but otherwise, the points are better invested in Ruin and/or Shadowburn, as you don't rely that much on Pet damage as a Destruction Warlock.

Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): Improved Lash of Pain (Destruction) and Improved Firebolt (Destruction) have been merged into one talent, Demonic Power.
